Building the last research tool we'll ever need.
I'm a PhD student building one workspace for the whole research pipeline: literature, data, analysis, figures, and writing; with an AI research assistant that does real work.
One window for the whole research pipeline:

Center · Authoring
At the center, you remain the author of the document; a real word processor with citations, equations, and tables, not a chat box.
Left · Artifacts
Every research artifact gets a purpose-built browser on the left: literature, data, analysis, reports, and figures; the whole project, one glance away.
Right · Assistant
Research Assistant is one glance away; it reads your files, runs real code, and writes results back into the workspace as reviewed changes.
Foundation · Cloud
The whole workspace stands on cloud storage and compute; files, datasets, and heavy jobs are there whenever you return.
All the files Beeblio can work with.

Frequently asked questions
Questions, answered.
How Beeblio works, what it can handle, and where you remain in control. If your question isn't covered, get in touch via the contact below.
mail@raihankalla.idWill it make up citations?+
No. Guardrails are built in. Writing suggestions cite real papers from literature databases or your own library, malformed keys are stripped rather than guessed, and the Source Audit reviewer checks whether your passages fairly represent their sources.
Which databases does the literature search cover?+
Every query runs across OpenAlex, Crossref, and PubMed simultaneously; merged and de-duplicated, with links to open-access PDFs. Searches are always free and never consume credits.
Does it work with Zotero, Mendeley, or JabRef?+
Yes. Your library is standard BibTeX: import and export .bib files, keep linked PDF attachments, export Word documents with live Zotero citation fields, or take the Overleaf-ready LaTeX bundle with your references.bib anywhere.
What files can it work with?+
70+ types. Data: CSV, Excel, SPSS, Stata, SAS, and Parquet. Documents: Word, Office, PDF, LaTeX, Markdown. Plus images, audio and video with transcription, Jupyter notebooks, BibTeX, and dozens of code and config formats.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Projects are isolated from each other. Agent compute runs sandboxed with no network access, raw datasets are read-only to the agent, and your workspace persists in durable storage between sessions.
